Early Childhood Healthcare Outreach (ECHO)

The mission of Early Childhood Healthcare Outreach (ECHO) is to make sure that every child in Early Childhood Education has health insurance!

ECHO promotes access, enrollment, and renewal of Chicago Public Schools (CPS) Early Childhood students and families in ALL KIDS health insurance (formerly known as KidCare). ECHO is comprised of two agents, one of which is bilingual in Spanish. For parents to obtain more information or to apply please call 773-553-ECHO (3246).

How ECHO Can Help You:

● ECHO is available to present at your Parent Meetings and provide information on health, accessibility, and the ABCs of health care.

● ECHO can also attend health fairs, parent conferences, open houses, or any other parent meetings that will take place at your school.
