Tuition-Based Preschool (TBP) Program

Is an affordable full work day school based education and child care program for preschool children, ages three or four. All participating children are required to pay tuition.

This model is offered in a limited number of CPS elementary schools – all participating children are required to pay tuition.

  • The TBP program provides affordable, quality education and child care services.
  • The TBP program supports Mayor Daley’s plan: “Setting a Course for Early Child Care and Education in Chicago.”
  • Tuition is required in advance of service with a non refundable deposit at time of registration.
